People don't realise how hard other people have it when they are focused on their own perfect day. Around Christmas the internet is filled with articles on how to make decorations for the tree, the best looks for the office party and how to cook the perfect Christmas roast for all the family. 

I wanted to hijack this theme around Christmas and make a recipe blog post and how-to video with a difference. I wanted to focus on the red cross and their work with Syrian families at Christmas.
